Ceremonial Cacao: Experience the heart-opening benefits of high-quality cacao as we prepare it together, setting our intentions for the evening.
Drum Journey: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation with the rhythm of the drum, exploring themes of empowerment and healing.
Sharing Circle: Create a safe space to share your experiences and insights with other women, fostering deep connection and support.
Creative Integration: Engage in journaling or art-making to process your journey and express your creativity.

About Ri:
Ri is a dedicated women's circle facilitator, menstrual cycle coach, and a 4SJ mermaid from the School of Shamanic Women's Craft. With a deep commitment to supporting women on their journeys, she blends her expertise in holistic practices with her love for community. Ri is also a certified yoga and Pilates teacher, bringing a nurturing approach to both movement and mindfulness.
Through This gatherings, I will creates safe and sacred spaces for you to self-exploration, healing, and connection. As I believes in the transformative power of shared experiences and the magic that unfolds when we come together as women.

In our women’s circle, you will be gently held and guided by an experienced facilitator, creating a space where you can truly connect with your inner wisdom.
