It all began in primary school when my teacher asked my friends and I if we would like to learn the Sanskrit language and chatting after school. I had no idea what she said but I immediately said ‘YES’ and I fortunately stated learning for a couple of months. I then stopped for some reason and forgot all about it until Yoga found me again in 2017 when I move to Australia. I was looking for some movement activities (since I am a movement lover) and immediately when I practice Vinyasa yoga, I felt at home. I kept coming back to class after class and not long after Bhakti Yoga found me back in 2018 though kirtan in my local studio.

Back then I didn’t know what Kirtan was. I signed up because of the community. As soon I stepped into it and the mantra and the melody made my soul filled, a feeling of exhilaration. I flowed with joy and I recognised this feeling of love busting though my stomach and my heart. I wanted more of this!

I start learning the mantra and felt it when I chant. I then began to remember that Sanskrit was the language I learnt when Yoga found me back in primary school. Chanting mantra after mantra filled my cup so much.

So I decided to take my first 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in early 2020 with Warrior One and since then I have never stop learning. I have continued study with Arron Petty for 50hours YIN & 50 hour Hatha Yoga, 135 hour pre/post natal yoga with Australian Yoga Academy and Island Prenatal Yoga, 108 Bhakti yoga with Heidi Trigar, 200 hour Hatha Yoga with OM SOM and I fortunately guided by well known mentor Heidi Trigar, Belinda O’dea and Ami Effendy. I have attend many workshops, continue self study and daily practice and I am forever hungry to deepen my knowledge.

After couple years of teaching yoga in the end of 2021 life has give me other experience with injuries. I need to modified my movement and then there where Pilaes was introduce into my life. I stared with Clinical Pilates and soon falling in love with the progression how my physical bodies was heal, out of curiosity of how Pilates help heal my bodies i took Pilates Mat and Reformer Teacher Training in 2022 with Unite Health and soon enough after I graduate i been lucky to work with many client and support them to heal their own bodies.

I have learn how to do conscious movement for my practice. I incorporate Yoga, YIN and Pilates. Move through Vinyasa to find the flow, through YIN to find stillness and adding Pilates to keep it up with my stability and strength. With these practice I have find the balance within and without.
